Orders and payments
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe. Prices include Czech VAT.
Reservations
Reservations are confirmed by email. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a charge.
Delivery
We deliver in Praha and surroundings. Delivery times are approximate and may vary.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, in perfect condition.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
