100% Carménère from Cachapoal Valley, 2023 vintage. Vineyards in the heart of the valley with a warm climate and diurnal temperature variation that delivers elegant and balanced red wines. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 30°C with post-fermentative maceration for 6 days for enhanced extraction. Complete malolactic fermentation. Aging for 8 to 10 months in French and American oak barrels.
