100% Cabernet Sauvignon from own vineyards in Las Barrancas, Maipú, Mendoza. Cold maceration for 72 hours prior to fermentation. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with maceration lasting 15 to 20 days. Complete malolactic fermentation. Aging for 12 months in new oak barrels (20% French, 80% American). Six months of bottle refinement before release.
