Santa Ema
A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Syrah from the Maipo Valley, 2024 harvest. Grapes were crushed and cold macerated for 3 days at 8°C, then pressed. The must fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for 20 days. Clarified, filtered and bottled to preserve its freshness and fruity expression.

Valle del Maipo
Chilean family winery in Isla de Maipo, a few kilometres from Santiago. The Pavone family, immigrants from Piedmont, settled in the Maipo region in 1917, acquired the Santa Ema estate in 1931, and in 1956 Félix Pavone Arbea founded the winery. Today the fourth generation runs it, and it has held a sustainability certification since 2011.
